Qualifications

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Personal Care Aide/Home Health Aide Experience

  • Proficient in basic life support and patient care

  • Understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices

  • Experience in long-term care, assisted living, and home health environments

  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality

  • Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities and Alzheimer's care
