We're looking for a Manufacturing Technician II to join our Chattanooga, TN team! As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will:  

• Work independently as well as in a team setting to set up, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to define and resolve issues as well as perform process condition checks.  

• Use simple machinery in the adapting of Tools, Fixtures, Molds and Dies, to produce solutions for the Manufacturing Floor.  

• Identify and resolve technical issues and assist in identifying areas for process improvement and/or cost savings opportunities.  

• Perform assembly of production fixtures/tools as required and provide training when requested.  

• Accurately complete required paperwork: including process labels, room and equipment logbooks, and in-process documentation.  

• Possess competent knowledge of proper use and care of equipment, materials, and supplies used in equipment / facility maintenance work.  

• Shift work and/or on call duties may be required when responding to priority/emergency situations (including overtime type assignments).  

• Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives as related to building operations and practices safe work habits at all times.  

• Independently prioritize daily work scheduling and possess excellent interpersonal skills.  

Education & Experience:  

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment 

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.  

• Have a strong troubleshooting and problem-solving background.
