We’re looking to hire a Advanced Crewing Support Desk Assistant to join our Advanced Crewing Team.

Reporting to the Advanced Crewing Supervisor, the Advanced Crewing Support Desk Assistant  is responsible for supporting the Advanced Crewing Teams and play a part in the effective resource management of all Crew across the Jet2.com flying programme.

The Advanced Crewing Team is a fast paced and challenging environment where no two days are the same. It is a problem solving Team that constantly monitors Crew members’ rosters across our 14 UK bases as well as overseas operations.
This role will work across a 4 on 4 off shift pattern ( 2 earlies 2 lates - 4 off) 12 hour days

What you’ll be doing:
  • Responsible for ensuring all Crew calls and queries are managed and dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Action Crew Swaps and Protection window in line with our SLAs.
  • Offering administrative support and maintaining departmental documentation.
  • Required to quickly, calmly and effectively communicate with Crew and other operational Teams within the business, often in pressurised situations.
