Are you ready to bring compassion, reliability, and dedication to a rewarding role? Trinity at Home is looking for a caring and committed In-Home Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team and help enrich the lives of individuals in their own homes.



Position Details




  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)

  • Position: In-Home Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant (Evening shift)

  • Pay: $13 - $15 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., with every other weekend required

  • Location: Client homes throughout our service area



What You'll Do




  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation

  • Offer companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and supportive environment

  • Administer prescribed medications and monitor client health status

  • Maintain clear records and communicate any health changes to families or healthcare professionals

  • Support safe mobility, including walking, transfers, and the use of mobility aids

  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe, clean environment

  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care



What We’re Looking For




  • Prior experience in geriatric care or other healthcare settings preferred

  • Strong understanding of patient care and the ability to adapt to individual needs

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Genuine compassion and a commitment to quality care

  • Flexibility to respond to changing needs in a home environment
