The PM Runner supports evening hotel operations by maintaining public areas, responding to guest requests, and assisting the housekeeping and laundry teams as needed. This role ensures a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment while delivering prompt and courteous service.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas (lobby, hallways, restrooms, elevators, and common spaces)
Conduct routine inspections of public spaces and address cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly
Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests (e.g., delivering amenities, linens, towels, or other items)
Assist in laundry operations during downtime (sorting, washing, drying, folding linens and towels)
Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and service standards
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items (linens, supplies) for extended periods
Dependable and able to work evening (PM) shifts, including weekends and holidays
