Job Description

Pay range for this position is $28.39/hr - $29.48/hr.  

 

This is a mid-level position to work in the Preservation Technician Trade.Applicants Will be assigned to P10 Trade tasks.  As Paint removal, hand pneumatic grinding /needle gun (surface prep), masking/unmasking, decking, damping tiles, Brush/ Roller/ Spray painting, and snow removal.

Preferred - High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred – NACE or similar training in coatings applications and inspections.

Required – Minimum 18 months working in an industrial environment performing metal surface preparation and coatings application.

Required – Must have some experience with power and pneumatic tools. hand grinding /needle gun (surface prep),

Required – Must be able to work in confined spaces, on ladders, and at heights with Scissor/ Condo lifts.

Required – Must be able to wear a respirator.

Required – Must meet the requirements of the P10 physical task analysis.

Preferred – Experience with metal surface preparation and coatings application.

Preferred - Spray experience.
