What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans

• Document evaluations and treatments using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care

• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license (or eligible)

• New grads welcome to apply

• Experience with Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) preferred

• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

• A positive attitude and a team-first approach to care
