What You’ll Do

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities include the following; other duties may be assigned:

·         Serve as a front support point of contact for clients, providing prompt and best-in-class service in person, by phone, or via email, assisting clients with account inquiries, transaction processing, and banking services

·         Support Business Development Officers with administrative and operational tasks related to client onboarding, documentation, and account maintenance

·         Monitor and follow up on client requests to ensure timely and effective resolution and satisfaction

·         Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, and regulations to respond accurately to client inquiries

·         Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and refer clients to appropriate banking personnel for cross-sell opportunities.

·         Introduces the Bank and its banking services to prospective clients.

·         Provide support to Business Development Officers to achieve their business goals

·         Conduct KYC/AML due diligence on clients in line with the Bank’s requirements and ongoing periodic reviews (i.e. gather, analyze, assist, review and complete client profile update for prospective clients and for existing clients, inclusive of detailed SOW (source of Wealth), based on information collected by client facing staff and reliable public sources.

 

What You’ll Need

Requirements and Qualifications

•      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics and/or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

•      Solid understanding of banking products, financial market fundamentals, account management and administration.

•      Minimum five years of work experience in financial services or related field.

•      High level of interpersonal skills.

•      Strong Compliance conviction.
