Dental 888, the office of Dr. Hal Kussick, is a modern, patient-focused practice located in South Lake Union. We are a close-knit, supportive team that values professionalism, efficiency, and creating a great experience for every patient.
We are looking for an experienced Dental Front Office / Patient Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for patients.
What You’ll Do
Greet and check in patients with a friendly, professional approach
Manage the daily schedule and appointment flow
Verify dental insurance and explain patient benefits
Post insurance and patient payments accurately
Submit and follow up on insurance claims
Answer phones and assist patients with questions
Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix
What We’re Looking For
Dental front office experience required
Experience with Dentrix preferred
Strong understanding of dental insurance and posting
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
