What You’ll Do:
- Lead the sales administration team to ensure seamless operations across various departments
- Implement and refine sales processes and procedures to enhance performance
- Track sales metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Work collaboratively with management and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals and strategies
- Provide training, coaching, and support to the sales administrative team
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies

Pay: Starting at $70,000 yearly + bonuses
