Role Summary
Run the office at the center of a fast-moving, high-standard business. This role anchors daily operations and keeps the team aligned and moving.
This is a fully on-site role on the East End of the Hamptons. The commute is real. LIRR access with pickup coordination is available. In return, this role offers a consistent 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule, direct access to leadership, and a clear path to grow into broader operational responsibility.
If you are someone who likes control, clarity, and seeing immediate results from your work—and wants to grow beyond traditional office management—this role is built for that. This is an on-site position, not remote.
What you will own
- Day-to-day office operations: scheduling, communication, and workflow
- Front-facing communication with clients, vendors, and team members
- Coordination across retail, landscaping, property care, and design teams
- Execution support for leadership, including follow-ups and prioritization
- Delivery scheduling and customer coordination
- Office systems, supplies, and internal organization
- Identifying breakdowns and improving how things run

What you bring
- 2 to 4 years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership
- Clear, professional communication across phone, email, and in person
- Strong organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable operating as the central point across teams
- Attention to detail with strong follow-through
Helpful but not required:
- Experience in retail, construction, design, or service-based operations
- Experience coordinating vendors, deliveries, or field teams
$70,000 to $85,000 based on experience
