We are currently hiring a Maintenance Tech II at Shrock Park. The Maintenance Tech II position plays a critical role in ensuring the overall functionality, safety, and appearance of our property. You will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and repairs, responding to service requests, and contributing to the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.



Responsibilities: 





  • Complete work orders promptly and efficiently including maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and service requests 




  • Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure all equipment including but not limited to HVAC, appliances, etc. are in good working order. 




  • Conduct regular inspections of common areas, grounds, and apartment units, identifying and addressing maintenance concerns and safety hazards. 




  • Complete/assist unit turns and inspections




  • Maintain the curb appeal of the property by performing landscaping, groundskeeping, and snow removal duties when needed.  




  • Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment




  • Performs additional duties as needed to support business operations





Qualifications: 





  • 1-2 years of property maintenance or related experience 




  • Working knowledge of maintenance tools, safety procedures and general repair practices 




  • Willingness to obtain certifications in HVAC and CPO or other relevant certifications if needed 




  • Strong resident relation skills 




  • Ability to lift 50 pounds




  • Ability to stand/walk for the majority of the day
