About the Role:
The role of a Client Integration Senior Specialist involves supporting projects such as client onboarding client integrations, conversions, service delivery changes and sales support. The Senior Specialist will primarily be responsible for data file analysis, loading/reconciliation of data migrations and incoming/outgoing file implementation. The role involves dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services. The ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written is essential. The Senior Specialist role is part of a global conversion team and may be required to support multiple time zones during large projects.
Job Duties in Brief:
Business Development Support:
- Stakeholder in the development of new clients/business
- Request for proposal/information assistance
- Build out of sample portfolios for client pitches and demonstrations
- Direct source of information to Business Development on vendors/conversion/interfaces
Functional Data Migrations:
- Incumbent admin to Citco
- Internal system migration
- Citco to new admin
Project Manage:
- Incoming file testing
- Instruct / extract testing and maintenance
- Standard & custom extract file development (in house / vendor)
- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting
- OMS vendor migrations
- Responsible for system set up and coordination with third parties for new fund launches
- Contribute to development and testing of Citco’s technology platforms
Client / Vendor Relationship Management:
- Work with external vendors to improve quality of files, processes and workflows
- Client user setup / permissions
- Work with existing clients on new requirements and process improvements
Administrative Reporting:
- Tracking of projects, progress and deadlines on SharePoint
- Assist with reporting to senior management
- Assist Finance on invoicing for file maintenance and communication charges
About You:
- Degree qualified in a business or Finance related disciple
- Attention to detail
- A ‘team player’ who can work well within the function to deliver a quality service
- Minimum of 3 years in the financial services industry
- A proven interest in the financial markets and hedge fund industry
- Proven Project Management Experience
- Proven Business Analysis Experience
- Working knowledge of Listed and OTC products
- Creative and innovative
- Excellent communication and writing skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
