Job Responsibilities
Train athletes on a consistent basis for the ideal physical condition in their sport by using methods to help athletic skill and mental toughness.
Teach individuals about everything related to the sport's rules and regulations to help athletes develop a high level of understanding of their chosen game.
Create specific physical performance conditioning programs to increase athletic performance, confidence and team success.
 Solid understanding of rules and regulations of softball Demonstrated commitment to safety on and off the field.
Responsible to assist in the manner that upholds the values, philosophies, and objectives of the McDonald County R-1 School District Athletic Department.
