Salary:                        Based on the 2026-27 Approved Camden County Board of Education Salary Schedule 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold an S-5 Certificate in School Guidance and Counseling or be eligible for certification
• Must have passed the School Counseling certification assessment

SECURITY CLEARANCE:  House Bill 1187 mandates that all certificated individuals new
