Position Summary:

Provision of comprehensive quality care to patients and their families in accordance with professional standards of practice and Adirondack Medical Center (AMC) Medical Staff Bylaws.  Works collaboratively and cooperatively as a member of the health care team to deliver psychiatric services to patients of the Colby Unit and Hospital. Collaborates with Primary Care, Hospitalists, and Emergency Department and other specialists to facilitate high quality patient care.

Educational Requirements/ Qualifications:

Must be Board certified (or eligible per Medical Staff Bylaws) in Psychiatry. Active New York State license with current DEA certification. DCS certification required.

$160.256 per hour/$350,000 Annual Equivalent
