About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help scale and evolve our cloud infrastructure as our business grows. In this role, you’ll design and build resilient, secure, and high-performing platforms that power our products and internal systems.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and IT teams to deliver reliable solutions, improve developer experience, and drive automation across the stack. This is a hands-on role with real impact—ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, shaping architecture, and mentoring others.
What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available platform infrastructure
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Own and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for performance, cost, and reliability
- Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe, and automated deployments
- Partner with software engineers to improve system performance and integration
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high uptime and reliability
- Implement and uphold security best practices across the platform
- Contribute to architecture decisions and continuous technical improvements
- Stay current with emerging technologies and bring new ideas to the team
- Mentor and support junior engineers; help onboard new team members
- Participate in hiring and help shape the future of the team
What You Bring
- 6+ years of experience in software or platform engineering
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands-on expertise with IaC tools (Terraform preferred)
- Proficiency in at least one language: Python, Go, or Bash
- Experience with containers & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid background in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and systems
- Experience with observability/monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog)
