Essential Functions:
- Provides administrative support for all areas of Asset Management, Facilities, and Fleet teams, including documentation, filing, scheduling, tracking, and various office support.
- Maintains and organize facility-related asset records, files, and documentation.
- Enters, updates, and maintains records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) records, including basic asset data, work orders, and preventative maintenance updates.
- Prepares asset commissioning and decommissioning documentation by entering and updating asset information as directed.
- Supports the tracking of preventive maintenance activities, updating schedules and procedures.
- Tracks asset warranty policies and expiration dates, ensuring suppliers perform full maintenance obligations.
- Records parts, materials, and basic maintenance details used during preventive maintenance or repairs.
- Maintains fleet maintenance documentation, service logs, expenses, and supporting records.
- Supports audits of asset and maintenance record by gathering documentation and verifying data accuracy.
- Responds to routine asset or documentation requests and escalates questions as appropriate.
- Assists with new employee onboarding support, including preparation of documentation, checklists, and coordination of requests.
- Coordinates meetings, training, and Facilities‑related events.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum one (1) year of admin, operation support, or related experience.
- Experience with a computer maintenance management system (CMMS), preferred.
Pay Range: $20.80 to $24.25/hr.
