Job Description

Third-Party Risk Management Manager

The Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Manager will play a key role in assisting with the design, implementation and maturation of the firm’s global TPRM program. 

This individual will work collaboratively with various stakeholders across the firm’s multinational operations to help develop key components of the TPRM program. 

They will guide stakeholders through TPRM activities across all phases of the third-party lifecycle.  They will share in the administration and enhancements of the TPRM enabling technology (OneTrust GRC tool) and conduct analytics related to TPRM. The TPRM Manager will be based in the Dublin, Ireland office and report to the TPRM Director also located in Dublin.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of the global Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) program and its integration across various countries.

    • Collaborate with the TPRM Director and other stakeholders to refine risk management strategies and processes.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, compliance, IT, quality, and procurement to support third-party risk mitigation strategies.
    • Conduct third-party risk assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks associated with third-party relationships.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to monitor third-party risks and performance.
    • Develop and maintain third-party risk management policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Utilize and help configure a no-code Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tool to support TPRM activities (OneTrust).
    • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs on third-party risk management.

     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • 4-6 years of experience in third-party risk management, risk assessment, compliance, or a related field.
    • Experience with GRC software is highly desirable. Experience with OneTrust is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, as well as advanced use of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and other analytics capabilities.
    • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, with all levels of a professional services organization are required. 
    • Strong relationship-building skills that drive outcomes through interactions with GT professionals internationally, especially with those in the US and India.
    • Ability to organize workload effectively and operate within tight timeframes.
    • Ability to work collaboratively, building consensus across multiple practices, departments, and offices.
    • Ability to think critically and exercise good judgement to arrive at data driven recommendations and conclusions.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in professional services or a regulated industry environment.
    • Certification(s) such as: CTPRP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CISSP, CIPP, PMP, or similar.
    • Experience with OneTrust or comparable TPRM platforms.
    • Experience supporting QC-1000, ISQM-1, SOX, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, or similar frameworks.
