Job Description

To be the first point of contact for our colleagues and maintaining a healthy user experience for them.

Location: London, Central/East

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Salary: £28k to £30k depending on experience

Role: 10% office based and 90% field based

Responsibilities:
- Installation and replacement of computer and networking equipment.
- Configuration of Windows computer.
- Coordinate the job queue with the IT Helpdesk Team Leader.
- Responsible for the correct registration and classification of incidents and to undertake an immediate effort in order to restore a failed IT service as quickly as possible.
- Take ownership of jobs until completion or escalates where appropriate.
- Work across the London region and be disciplined enough to work independently.

Desirable Experience and Skills:
- UK Driving License.
- Experience supporting a large number of small remote offices and 500+ users.
- Excellent communication and task management skills.
- Troubleshooting of Windows 10/11.
- Understanding of Networking principles.
- Troubleshooting of printers / phone systems.
