Overview:

JOB TITLE: Senior Coordinator, Corporate & Incentive Travel

 

 

Description: 

The Senior Coordinator, Corporate & Incentive Travel is responsible for the autonomous execution of assigned corporate travel programs or mid-size incentive trips. They independently manage coordination and delivery of full trips within established standards, budgets, and timelines, serving as the primary point of accountability for execution, quality, and outcomes. While strategic direction and program design are set by senior travel leadership, the Senior Travel Coordinator operates without day-to-day oversight and is trusted to make decisions, manage vendors, resolve issues, and deliver successful travel programs. 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Own and execute group travel logistics including rooming lists, air manifests, transportation plans, and program agendas 

  • Manage excursions, activity allocations, and participant communication workflows to ensure seamless program delivery 

  • Support senior travel leadership in developing and maintaining group travel SOPs and execution standards 

  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to coordinate services and ensure program requirements are met 

  • Direct assigned operational tasks while maintaining full accountability for execution quality and outcomes 

  • Provide on-site program support and lead real-time issue resolution to protect traveler experience and program success 

  • Occasional travel is required 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Demonstrated technical expertise, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset 

  • Proficient in analytics platforms and project management tools to support data-driven decisions 

  • Adaptable, collaborative, and capable of coaching peers while maintaining a high-performance standard 

  • Comfortable working with department heads, key stakeholders, and external vendors 

 

Education and Certificates: 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience 

  • Certified Travel Counselor or Certified Travel Professional 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Physical Work Requirements - Light: exerting up to 15 lbs of force occasionally.  

  • Repetitive motion associated with operating various types of equipment.  

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
