Career & Workplace Readiness Leader

• Job Description: The Career & Workplace Readiness Lead coordinates career and college readiness efforts within the school. This role works with administration and counseling to support accurate reporting, program development, and compliance with CTE requirements.

 

 

• Key Responsibilities:

 

• Support Career & College Readiness Indicator (CCRI) reporting


• Assist with DCAP, Perkins/RPP, and CLNA requirements


• Collaborate with staff to strengthen career pathway opportunities


• Maintain documentation for state reporting and audits


• Provide CLNA summaries and updates for school board reporting


• Represent the school in CTE-related committees, such as SIAC.
