WHAT WILL YOU DO EVERY DAY AS AN INTERNAL IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR?

In this role, you'll help ensure smooth and accurate implementations by coordinating PPO network setups, tracking and communicating plan changes, managing communications such as contact updates and HIPAA rosters, preparing run‑out invoices, and maintaining organized records. Your work will provide clarity and consistency for internal teams and support sound operational outcomes every day.


WHEN WILL YOU WORK?

This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position from 8 am–5 pm, with overtime available as needed.


WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE OUR INTERNAL IMPLEMENTATION COORDINATOR?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a proactive, self-starting mindset
  • Strong attention to detail, solid math, and data‑entry skills
  • Positive, flexible, team‑oriented mindset

Preferred qualifications include professional written and verbal communication skills, strong customer service abilities, a positive attitude, a team‑player mentality, and excellent attendance.
