Duration: 12-month fixed term contract

Working Hours: 7:00-15:30

The Expertise We’re Looking For

  • 0-2 years’ experience, preferably within financial services and/or a shared service model.

  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office)

 

The Purpose of Your Role

 

The Account Management team accurately maintains new and existing brokerage accounts and all related features for the National Financial business unit. Representatives use multiple systems to analyze account applications and maintenance forms accurately and action them expeditiously.

  • Analyzing account applications and maintenance forms in order to approve new accounts and features

  • Demonstrating high attention to detail in reviewing new account and maintenance items

  • Prioritizing and managing escalations/exceptions that are received from NF Client Managers and the teams’ US business partners

  • Managing and reviewing documented client exception lists to ensure client-specific needs are met

  • Participating in various projects and process improvement initiatives focused on improving the existing workflow, quality, efficiency and policy & procedures

  • Recommending methods to ensure consistency and streamline procedures

  • Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
