About this Position

  • As a Lean &
    Digitalization Specialist at Henkel Guangzhou, you will drive operational
    excellence through the integration of Lean methodologies and digital
    technologies. Your mission is to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce
    waste, enhance efficiency, and lead digital transformation initiatives within Adhesives
    Operations. This role is pivotal in advancing our smart factory vision while
    fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

What you´ll do

  • Make sure lean relative key KPIs meet target including Valco/Kaizen idea/Six Sigma projects.
  • Support Site manager to foster lean culture through the whole organization and continuously enhance it via various lean activities/training/etc..
  • Set up and continuously optimize the process standardization via VSM workshop and other lean tools.
  • Support site manager to develop and implement site digitalization strategy and projects like industry 4.0 workshop/IoT connection on production line.
  • Utilize digital tools and big data to analyze potential improvement opportunities and drive process excellence. Empower the whole manufacture value chain with AI.
  • Closely work with regional lean team to cascade company strategy with PDI methodology.
  • Lead site investment projects implementation and comply with corporate
    policy.

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Working experience in Chemistry industry for 3 years.
  • Lean enterprise experience for 3 years.
  • Fluent English skill.
  • High accountability.
