We are looking for a Mainline Ad Operations professional with 2–4 years of experience in an agency environment, handling direct / IO‑based display campaigns for key clients.
The role involves end-to-end campaign execution, close coordination with planning, client servicing, tech, and creative teams, and ensuring 100% accurate delivery as per media plans.

Campaign Execution & Trafficking

  • Execute mainline / IO-based display campaigns across multiple client accounts
  • Set up and traffic campaigns on Google Ad Manager (GAM/DFP)
  • Configure line items, targeting, creatives, and delivery settings in line with media plans
  • Implement click trackers, impression trackers, and third-party tags

Quality Assurance & Monitoring

  • Conduct pre‑launch and post‑launch QA to ensure correct setup and delivery
  • Monitor live campaigns for pacing, delivery issues, and discrepancies
  • Troubleshoot ad serving, tag, and creative issues in coordination with internal tech teams

Client & Internal Stakeholder Coordination

  • Work closely with Media Planning, Client Servicing, Creative, and Tech teams
  • Act as SPOC for campaign execution‑related updates and issues
  • Ensure timely incorporation of client changes (creative swaps, extensions, targeting changes)

Reporting & Documentation

  • Share daily / weekly delivery reports with planners and account teams
  • Support post‑campaign reporting and closure documentation
  • Maintain campaign trackers, checklists, and exposure logs

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to client guidelines, platform policies, and agency SOPs
  • Support internal audits and delivery checks
  • Follow best practices to ensure error‑free campaign execution
