As a Sales and Business development intern you will work with the following teams:

Responsibilities
Support the sales team by generating leads, conducting market research, and assisting with client communication to drive revenue growth
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential customers, research prospects, and support outreach via email and cold calling.
Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Sales Support: Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, and sales kits.
CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain accurate customer data and interaction records in the CRM system.
Client Interaction: Support the sales team in building relationships and resolving customer inquiries.
Training & Meetings: Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to learn sales processes.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report of activities performed, opportunities created and competitor information.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, pharmaceutical sciences or a related field.
- Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills.
- Language – Mandarin & English written and spoken proficiency is mandatory. Japanese language is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). CRM will be a bonus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proactive, persuasive, and eager to learn
- Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze and interpret information from diverse sources (web, social media, print etc.)
