Job Description

Job Summary:
Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is looking for an energetic Automotive Service Porter who can ensure excellence in customer service and to maintain the highest in customer satisfaction. The job will be based out of our Waterford Township, Michigan location. This is a great opportunity for career development in a growing industry with a well-established company.

Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly position with an hourly rate of $15 - $17 an hour to be paid each week. In addition to the base wage, the company also offers a comprehensive benefits package to include: medical, dental, vision, and 401k packages.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service representative
• Obtain and maintain customer information sheets
• Prepare customer vehicles for service
• Wash and vacuum cars
• Maintain the dealership area so that it is clean and well-stocked
• Assist with customer inquiries and answer any questions they may have
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1-year customer service experience in a similar role
• A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
• Ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
