Job Description

Westmont of Santa Cruz ( brand new community) is currently looking for a dynamic and creative Lifestyle Director! We are scheduled to open in May 2026!

What we need from you:

  • Able to communicate written and orally in English.

  • Within 30 days of hire be certified in CPR and First Aid

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience with Senior Living

  • Have 3 years’ experience in conducting group activities and events or completed CA Activity Certification course and at least 2 years of related experience.

  • Current Class B drivers’ license, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

  • Cares Dementia Advanced Care Certification, preferred

  • Must have strong organizational skills including ability to follow-up, detail-oriented, ability to multitask.
