    We are seeking a Certified Teacher who is dedicated, compassionate, and ready to bring their expertise and heart into a school that values innovation, support, and collaboration. 

    What You'll Do 

    • Develop and adapt weekly lesson plans and instructional materials that promote critical thinking and address the diverse academic needs of students. 

    • Maintain accurate student records, prepare grades and progress reports, and use technology tools to track and communicate academic performance. 

    • Write and implement IEPs and Behavior Intervention/Modification Plans, and deliver individualized or small group instruction to support student learning and growth. 

    • Collaborate with staff and parents, manage classroom environments, and provide both academic and social-emotional support to students. 

    What We're Looking For 

    • Valid NJDOE Instructional Certificate.   

    • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field. 

    • 2-5 years of experience managing a classroom preferred, ideally with students with autism spectrum disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attention issues and/or other developmental disabilities.   

    • Working knowledge of effective teaching methods and age-appropriate activities.   

    • Proficiency in using innovative instructional strategies and technology to enhance student learning.
