What you´ll do

• Program various types of PLC's
  Support Safety, Quality, HPS and Cost goals and metrics
  
• Troubleshoot automated systems issues associated with PLC's, A/C and DC drives
  
• Identify root cause of upsets, suggested course of action and manage corrective action measures/solution implementation
  
• Perform preventive, predictive maintenance as required
  
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance to encourage two-way communication across the organization
  
• Foster collaborative and supportive team environment through engagement efforts and leading by example
  
• Support Safety, Quality, HPS and Cost goals and metrics
  
• Other duties as assigned

What makes you a good fit

• Associates
  degree in Controls or industrial maintenance preferred 
• Minimum of 5-10 years of direct experience in manufacturing environment conducting support and installation
• Completion
  of a formal apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of work experience
  and technical training required.
• SCADA, Rockwell RS Logix, AMSC
• Allen Bradley, Siemens, and
  Other Legacy PLCs
• Servo Drives and Motors
• SQL Databases
• Ethernet and Fiber Optic
  Communication Systems
• Solenoid and Pneumatic Controls
• Instrumentation and Process
  Monitoring: Mass Flow Meters, RTD/Thermocouples, Pressure Sensors, Load Cells
• Plant
  Power Distribution including NFPA 70E requirements, AutoCAD

The salary for this role is $35.00- $42.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
