About the Role:
The Vice President plays a critical role in structuring and executing M&A and other financial advisory transactions. This position involves managing multiple aspects of transactions and client relationships, serving as a key point of contact for select clients, and leading internal and external project teams on a day-to-day basis. Vice Presidents are expected to contribute to business development initiatives, oversee junior staff development, and take on specific departmental responsibilities.

Lead the structuring and execution of M&A and financial advisory transactions.
Manage client relationships, acting as No. 2 or No. 3 on major accounts and serving as the primary contact for select clients.
Oversee internal and external project teams, ensuring seamless execution and communication.
Support business development and product management efforts, potentially within a specific sector or product line.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering growth and excellence.
Take ownership of assigned departmental responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Prior experience in Investment Banking is essential (exceptions only in extraordinary circumstances).
