EF東京校では、夏季限定のチームメンバーとしてご活躍いただける「サマーアクティビティリーダー」を募集しています。

本ポジションでは、日本で学ぶ留学生に向けて、楽しく魅力的で文化体験に富んだアクティビティプログラムの企画・運営を担当いただきます。あわせて、日常的な学生サポートも行い、日本での生活をスムーズに楽しめるようサポートしていただきます。

常に前向きでプロフェッショナルな姿勢を持ち、EFの一員として学生と接していただくことが求められます。

※本ポジションは夏季限定の契約となります。
※週末勤務が可能な方が対象です。

■ 主な業務内容

• 年齢や興味に応じた、ソーシャル・文化・スポーツアクティビティの企画・運営
• アクティビティや遠足への同行および学生の安全・体調・満足度の管理

• 新規到着学生の受け入れサポート（受付対応・ウェルカム資料準備など）

   

• 小口現金の管理および支出記録の作成

   

• 必要に応じたアクティビティコーディネーターおよびスクールディレクターのサポート

■ 雇用条件・待遇

• 雇用形態：アルバイト
• 勤務時間：シフト制（週3-4時間勤務）
• 時給：1,250円
• 勤務地：渋谷オフィス（東京各地の観光地への同行あり／京都・大阪・富士山へのエクスカーション機会の可能性あり）
• エクスカーション時の食事手当あり
• 交通費支給
• 服装：カジュアル可

Summer Activity Leader

Summary:

EF Tokyo is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Summer Activity Leader to join our seasonal team. The role involves delivering a fun, engaging, and culturally enriching activities program for international students studying in Japan. You will also provide daily support to students, help them navigate life in Japan, and represent EF with professionalism and positivity at all times.

This is a summer seasonal contract. Candidates MUST be available to work weekends, Visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications and competencies:

• Highly motivated, energetic, positive
• A flexible approach to work & hours of work undertaken is essential
• Friendly & approachable manner
• Able to remain calm under pressure & to diffuse potentially difficult situations
• Excellent communicator both with students, colleagues, and external clients
• Attention to detail, organized & thorough
• Conversational Japanese & English

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead a variety of social, cultural, and sporting activities suitable for students of various ages and interests
• Accompany students on activities and excursions, ensuring their safety, well-being, and enjoyment

• Assist with the arrival of new students, including registration and preparation of welcome materials

   

• Handle petty cash responsibly and maintain accurate records of expenditures

   

• Provide general assistance to the Activity Coordinator and School Director as needed

Perks:

• Employment Type: Part-time (hourly)
• Working hours: Shift-based (3-5 days per week)

• Hourly Rate: JPY 1,250

   

• Work Location: Head office in Shibuya and opportunity to visit many tourist attractions in Tokyo and excursions to Kyoto, Osaka and Mt. Fuji.
