• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and areas with mold or water damage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, and participate in an on-call rotation.
• Basic understanding of construction or maintenance is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow instructions precisely and work effectively as part of a team.

• Respond promptly to emergency water damage calls.
• Set up and operate water extraction and drying equipment.
• Contain and remove mold and mildew from affected areas.
• Perform demolition and reconstruction tasks as needed.
• Properly document job progress, including photos and notes.
• Maintain and clean all company equipment and vehicles.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Assist senior technicians with various tasks on job sites.
