About the Role



The Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across B2B and e-commerce channels. This role operates as a player-coach, combining hands-on execution with the coordination of marketing programs and resources. The Marketing Manager partners closely with sales, product, and leadership to translate business objectives into effective, data-driven marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in digital marketing, content development, and performance analytics, with the ability to both execute independently and guide marketing team members and external partners.







What You’ll Do



 





  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital and print channels, including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.




  • Oversee multichannel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.




  • Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.




  • Lead content creation efforts including copywriting for websites, email marketing campaigns, blogs, and product descriptions.




  • Partner with product, merchandising, and sales teams to support go-to-market efforts related to marketing initiatives for new product launches or updates.




  • Manage budgets for various campaigns ensuring effective allocation of resources while meeting organizational goals.







  • Analyze, interpret and act on campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.







  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support advertising sales strategies.




  • Lead and manage all marketing team members and/or external partners (agencies, freelancers) and is responsible for leadership, performance management and hiring of the employees within its department.









Work Environment & Physical Requirements 



This role primarily operates in an office environment and requires extended periods of sitting, working at a computer, and communicating with others. Occasional travel to warehouse environments may require working in cooler temperatures (approximately 34?F). The ability to perform these functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required.

Other Information



• Onsite role with flexibility as needed to support business needs

• Full-time, exempt position, typically Monday through Friday day shift

• Travel required up to 15% to warehouses and distribution centers
