    Description:
    Assist in all elements of the team's technical education, drill sets, and show/choreography. Cadet areas include Color Guard, Drumline and Hornline.

    Job Summary:

    • Provide instruction to students of all ages and ability levels.
    • Implement marching/music technique in a full ensemble and sectional setting
    • Run rehearsals both visually and musically in sectionals
    • Attend all competitions, as indicated by the head director
    • Attend all rehearsals, as indicated by the head director


    Qualifications:
    Strong leadership ability in music and the marching arts. Excellent skills in conducting, marching, choreography, and performance. Must have extensive experience in the marching arts (DCI, WGI, college marching band, etc).
