Brief Summary of Open Positions
- General Operator
The General Machine Operator must be willing and capable of learning all aspects of spiral weld pipe manufacturing. The Operator must have the ability to collaborate with the team while possessing the aptitude to collect data and independently make good decisions in real time based on those facts. The Operator must be self-motivated with the leadership skills to inspire others and have the perceptive skills to identify inconsistencies in product and equipment and develop solutions for them. Having an uncompromising commitment to safety is a requirement. Training on specific equipment and processes will be provided.
- Shipping Operator
The Shipping Equipment Operator operates the front-end loader, large forklift, and pipe moving equipment to lift, stack, tier, or move pipe products, equipment, or materials by performing the following duties.
- Maintenance Technician
Installs, sets up, maintains, and repairs systems, apparatus, and components of industrial machinery and equipment associated with the production and fabrication of pipe and pipe components by performing the following duties. This is a multi-skilled position, with mechanical maintenance making up the primary essential duties.
- Manual Painter-Blaster
- Performs painter duties associated with preparing and coating/lining pipes and components using various coating and lining applications for shipment. Maintains technical equipment and troubleshoots issues with equipment. Maintains high first pass quality rating.
- Fitter/Welder
- As a Fabrication Fitter-Welder at our manufacturing and fabrication facility, you will prepare, assemble, and fit large diameter pipe and components to print and specification. The role requires precise layout, mechanical fitting, welding, and collaboration with inspectors, and production leads to ensure parts meet quality, dimensional, and safety standards. - QA CWI
- The Certified Weld Inspector will perform inspections of welded, lined, and coated assemblies to verify that they meet required standards.
