Position: Licensed Practical Nurse- Extended School Year

Qualifications: Qualified to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Connecticut

Responsibilities: Work 1:1 with a student implementing a medical care plan

Terms of Employment:  Position will begin on July 1, 2026 and end July 23, 2026 Monday through Thursday of 8:30 am-2:30pm  Hourly rate is in accordance with the Agreement between Avon BOE and the LPN
