WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Training Coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating training events to ensure consistent execution as a world-class training center. This role supports training delivery by managing schedules, logistics, materials, and coordination across internal teams to ensure a high-quality experience for clients and participants.
The Training Coordinator supports execution of the company’s training strategy and provides input to future training development. This role helps ensure training delivery to clients is of high quality, strengthens their skillset, and reinforces Flexware’s brand.
The position requires exceptional intrapersonal, communication, organization, and networking skills to ensure long-term success. Successful candidates operate with energy and a sense of urgency, set clear priorities, follow ethical practices, and put Flexware Innovation values at the center of all activities.
Here are some of the technologies and responsibilities that you will be responsible for:
1) Training Event Planning and Logistics Management
Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to maintain a full schedule of training events.
Coordination with site support staff and trainers to execute high quality training events including:
Setup and teardown
Participant registration and communications
Training material acquisition and distribution
Food and drink acquisition and setup
Available for after hour events as needed
Possible travel to scout and review potential remote training facilities.
2) Training Content and Strategy Management
Work with trainers and / or other technical resources to maintain existing training offering content.
Provide input to training strategy development and support opportunities for new training offerings.
Manage trainers and / or other technical resources to develop new training content when appropriate.
Work with direct supervisor to acquire new training content when appropriate.

WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE BEFORE
Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing or Business Management, and/or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated success managing and / or delivering technical training programs is preferred.
Solid English verbal and written communication skills.
Occasional travel to review potential remote training sites may be required.
Prefer candidate to have experience in Industrial training programs.
Candidate must be able to be onsite at Flexware’s office or other designated event sites most days.
