This role is a great fit for clinicians seeking flexible PRN opportunities, whether that’s supplementing a full-time role, diversifying clinical experience or maintaining work–life balance while providing additional coverage consistently or during planned PTO, schedule changes, and fluctuations in clinic volume. Evening and Saturday shifts are often available, with scheduling discussed collaboratively to align clinician availability and clinic needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide outpatient OT services to assigned pediatric and/or adult patients based on clinic needs
- Support clinic coverage during:
- Planned PTO
- Schedule fluctuations
- Periods of increased patient demand
- May assist with evening and/or Saturday shifts as needed
- Collaborate with the rehab team and front office to ensure continuity of care
- Complete documentation within reasonable, flexible timeframes
Compensation:
- Competitive PRN hourly rate, based on experience
- Opportunities for consistent PRN hours as clinic needs evolve
- Evening and Saturday shifts are often available

What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Georgia
- 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
- 1+ years of experience in a medical setting preferred
- Flexible availability to support clinic needs
- Clinicians who are reliable, collaborative, and comfortable stepping into an established clinic flow
