Our English Language Teaching (ELT) business in Chile continues to grow, and we are looking for a Digital Account Manager to strengthen our strategic customer relationships and support the growth of our digital solutions across the Latin America region.
This role plays a key part in enabling data‑driven commercial decisions-making, supporting digital adoption within key accounts, and ensuring strong collaboration between distributors, Digital Product and other corporate teams.
About the role
As Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital engagement with assigned key accounts, understanding customer needs, and providing high‑quality sales analytics and insights that inform regional strategy. Acting as a central point of connection, you will help ensure that customer voice and performance data meaningfully support both commercial success and product development.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital engagement plans for key accounts, building sustainable and trusted relationships.
- Assess customers’ digital needs and promote the effective adoption of OUP digital products and services.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the Digital Product team, managing expectations and sharing insights.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on digital solutions, performance insights and product roadmaps.
- Consolidate and analyse sales and usage data across the LATAM region.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs, digital adoption, renewals and retention.
- Translate data into clear recommendations and actionable insights for commercial teams.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement, Key Accounts, Digital Product and Technology teams.
- Ensure all activities comply with OUP policies, regulatory requirements and the OUP Code of Conduct.
About you
You will bring a strong customer focus, analytical capability and a consultative approach to digital solutions, combined with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
Essential:
- Experience in key account management, commercial roles or digital consultancy.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with Power BI and sales data interpretation.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Collaborative mindset and experience working across functions.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of digital business models and learning platforms (LMS).
- Experience within ELT, EdTech or educational publishing.
- Familiarity with SCORM, LTI or digital learning standards.
