Join us as a Summer Trainee and gain hands-on experience in cybersecurity by building and configuring a virtual lab environment for simulating cyber attacks and defense scenarios. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will work with tools such as VirtualBox and Kali Linux to create realistic testing environments.
These practical activities will help you understand how cyber threats are executed and mitigated, while strengthening your knowledge of networking and security concepts in controlled, real-world-like scenarios.

Responsibilities
- Build and configure virtual lab environments using VirtualBox
- Set up and use Kali Linux for security testing and simulations
- Simulate basic attack and defense scenarios in a controlled environment
- Support configuration of virtual networks and systems
- Participate in hands-on cybersecurity exercises under guidance
- Develop understanding of network security principles and threat mitigation
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor program
- Applicants may apply to a maximum of 2 projects
- Knowledge of VirtualBox
- Knowledge of Kali Linux
- Basic networking knowledge
