Key Responsibilities
- Operate various machines and manufacturing equipment
- Load and handle glass materials with care
- Package finished products for customer delivery
- Follow safety and quality procedures at all times
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable team players who show up ready to work
- Physically able to lift 30–75 lbs throughout the shift
- Willing to learn, grow, and take initiative
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Experience in glass or manufacturing is a plus
- Willing and able to work the scheduled hours of the shift including required overtime
10-Hour Shifts: Monday–Thursday 4 PM – 2 AM
- Shift provides $2 premium additional per hour to base rate of pay
- Base pay begins at $20 per hour
- At 60 Days, increase to $21.00/hr with satisfactory performance
- At 90 Days, increase to $22.00 with satisfactory performance
