Department: HCG-BEL Maintenance

Summary:

Acts as consultant and reviewer to Business enterprises and the Department of Business on issues related to the facilities management program which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE)

1. Bachelor’s degree in facility management, project management, or engineering or related field is required.

2. Knowledge and experience working with various Wisconsin State building and safety codes and HCN codes.

3. Thorough knowledge of building systems; HVAC, electrical, plumbing, communications, grounds, and structural.

4. Demonstrated knowledge and experience using a construction cost estimating system.

5. Must have a valid driver’s license, proper insurance, and dependable transportation.
