This is not just another technician position. Requirements

Initial Phase (Field & Development):

• Perform residential and commercial pressure washing services
• Operate company truck and professional equipment
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job
• Help establish procedures, workflow, and best practices
• Represent the company professionally in the field

Growth Phase (Leadership & Management):

• Assist training new technicians
• Ensure quality standards are maintained
• Support division growth and development

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking someone with leadership potential, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow professionally.

Ideal candidates may have experience as a:

• Crew leader
• Foreman
• Technician with leadership experience
• Pressure washing technician
• Construction, landscaping, or service industry professional
• Military veteran

Most importantly, we are looking for someone dependable, motivated, and interested in growing into a leadership role.
