As a consultant, you'll collaborate with a diverse range of customers from various industries. Each new project will expand your knowledge, honing your ability to create tailored solutions that precisely match the client's needs. Your creative problem-solving skills and adaptability will be instrumental in making a lasting impact on our clients and driving overall success.
What You Will Do
Our consultants lead all aspects of small-medium implementations of the Prophix Software, including:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to evaluate current consolidation, close, and financial reporting processes and design optimized future-state workflows for multi-entity organizations.
- Solution Implementation: Architect and configure the Prophix Financial Consolidations solution to support complex consolidation requirements, including intercompany processing, eliminations, foreign currency translation, ownership structures, and close management, while ensuring high-quality and scalable solution delivery.
- Process Design & Optimization: Design and improve month-end and quarter-end consolidation processes, including data integration, account mapping, reconciliation support, journal workflows, top-side entries, and consolidated reporting, with a focus on control, efficiency, and audit readiness.
- Client Coaching: Coach and enable client finance teams to effectively use the software and understand the underlying consolidation processes, empowering them to manage ongoing close and reporting activities with confidence.
- Project Management: Communicate project progress, technical solutions, key decisions, and potential roadblocks to clients and internal leadership in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Accounting Standards Application: Support the consolidation of financial data across multiple entities and subsidiaries in accordance with applicable accounting standards, including GAAP, ASPE, and IFRS, ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting
