Internship Overview

ETS is seeking an Analytics Intern who is passionate about working with data and turning information into actionable insights.

In this role, you will work with real business datasets and support teams in analyzing operational and sales performance using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce. The internship provides hands-on exposure to how global organizations leverage analytics to drive business decisions.

Role Objective

To support the team in analyzing business data, tracking key performance metrics, and generating insights that enable data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and structure datasets from Salesforce and other internal data systems.


• Perform data analysis using Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).


• Support tracking of sales performance and operational KPIs.


• Assist with ad-hoc data analysis requests from internal teams.


• Create visual reports and presentations to communicate insights effectively.


• Support the development of Power BI dashboards for performance monitoring.


• Identify opportunities to automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.


• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.


• Basic knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce preferred.


• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Learning Outcomes

The intern will gain:

• Hands-on experience working with real business data and analytics tools.


• Exposure to sales and operational analytics in a global organization.


• Experience creating data visualizations and dashboards.


• Understanding of how analytics supports business strategy and decision-making.


• Practical exposure to solving real-world business problems using data.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience building Power BI dashboards or data visualizations.


• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.


• Understanding of business KPIs and sales analytics.


• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.


• Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
