• Responding to phone inquiries from existing customers (troubleshooting support and quotation requests)
• Checking parts based on electrical and mechanical drawings
• Creating quotations using Excel
• Coordinating construction schedules and arranging work and parts
• Proposing energy‑saving solutions and rental equipment
• Handling parts‑related order arrangements for the above products
• Conducting on‑site inspections at customer locations
• Preparing quotations for customers
• Regular customer visits (including business trips when necessary)
• Visiting customers to gather needs and reporting findings internally
• Other related duties associated with the above tasks
