Spec, ATM & Debit Operations

SALARY

This position has a base salary range of $43,200 to $64,800 USD Annual. This range represents the expected base salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience and time in the role.  

 

SUMMARY
This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the BCU debit card portfolio and ATM operations. This individual will be responsible for various ATM and debit card transactional duties and analyze and diagnose complex situations to ensure exceptional member service.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for daily debit card operation tasks including but not limited to exception reports, adjustments, disputes and general ledger reconciliation.
• Monitor ATM faults and open service tickets, as needed
• Review and process ATM check deposits
• Provide daily support to various internal departments
• Able to manage and execute a high volume of tasks in adherence to department procedures and service level agreements
• Able to resolve complex issues with minimal supervision or direction
• Provide recommendations and implement process changes to improve efficiency and reduce operational expenses
• Provide back up support for other Team members


QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma or equivalent required: some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of debit card or financial industry experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize daily workload
• Must be detail oriented and have strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and project a professional image
• The ability to complete tasks by following general guidelines and policies is essential.
• The individual should be able to identify errors or faults in process and recommend or implement solutions.                                                                                                                      • Must be self-directed and motivated to complete repetitive tasks.
• Sensitivity to confidential information is required.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
