Summary: Responsible for enhancing and improving the SRHM / [Hotel Name] experience by providing a quality rooms product and service for guests. Demonstrates and promotes SRHM’s core value of the Golden Rule which includes treating others (guests, families, vendors and team members) in the same manner we would like to be treated.

• Sort all linens and treat stains
• Load all laundry into washer and add specified cleaning agents
• Take wet, clean items and dry as directed
• Sort and fold or hang clean dried items
• Maintain inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicate needs to General Manager/Supervisor
• Maintain all laundry equipment and inform manager as soon as possible of any maintenance needs
• Perform additional laundry services when necessary
• Work as a team player with other team members and management in accomplishing work assignments
• Must provide a safe and clean environment at all times
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety
• Demonstrate a positive and respectful attitude with guests, families, team members, vendors and management
